BizTree is two businesses in one. Customers buy from the BizTree storefront, and approved resellers run their own branded shops on the same catalogue. Underneath, one admin panel runs the orders, one finance ledger keeps the money honest, and one set of rules — delivery, returns and payments — applies to everyone.
Who is who
- Visitors Browse the storefront, read the guide and apply to resell.
- Customers Buy at retail prices. Guest checkout, an account, or both.
- Resellers Approved shop owners. They see reseller prices, set their own prices and earn the difference.
- Staff Run the panel: approvals, orders, packing, delivery, payouts.
- Couriers Pathao, Steadfast and RedX move the parcels, cash on delivery.
The money rules
- One ledger Every taka in and out is written once, with a reason and an order attached.
- Profit is protected A reseller's profit only unlocks after delivery and the 7-day return window — never before.
- Deposits are not income Prepaid money sits as a liability until it is spent on an actual order.
- Marketing spend is separate Ads never touch the ledger for orders, profit or payouts.
How an order flows
PlacedGuest, account or reseller-shop checkout. Stock is reserved.
ConfirmedA real person reviews fraud signals and stock before packing.
PackedThe parcel is weighed, labelled and handed to a courier.
ShippedPathao, Steadfast or RedX. The customer can track it.
DeliveredCash is collected, or the reseller's deposit is spent.
Profit unlocksSeven days later the reseller's profit becomes available.
